"Switched to State Farm a few weeks ago. Was signed up for the discount for safe driving. Was waiting to receive the device to set up in my car but instead received an email stating that the discount has been removed due to not setting up the device in a timely manner and will see an adjustment on my next bill. I emailed them back letting them know I never received the device with no response. How am I supposed to set something up that was never received."

"Had started RV insurance with this agent on 1/30/19. Paid a total of 4 Bill's which the last on I paid was on 4/28/19 which was for may bill. Now on 4/30/19 I receive a letter saying my policy was never written and a check for 3 of my for payments back. Now this state farm is claiming I only had insurance to March 22 2019 and I am being charged by my bank for having a lapse in insurance. They did not even write the letter saying my policy was not accepted till 4/24/19. I was being billed and paid each month even May's bill and the claim I was only insured till March. Stay away from these people are no good and liars. They failed to notify me when underwriting cancealed my policy and are trying to cover up there mistake."
